On Saturday 14 January 2012 Panther Fighting Arts and Fitness Academy in Parklands, Cape Town hosted yet another successful Brazilian Jiu Jitsu seminar with one of the few Gracies Barra BJJ Black Belts, Dimitris Tsitos.
Dimiris, a Greek national has been teaching and training throughout the world for several years at top school such as Tiger Muaythai & MMA in Phuket, Thailand to name but one. This was one of the most educating seminars in a long time with focus placed on groundwork and cage control with the spesific techniques on the ground. defiantly worth the while!!
We cant wait to have Dimitris here @ Two Brothers for a seminar. We are planning a tentative date for Saturday 25 February 2012, so watch this space……………………..
